
Apostle and Pastor Phelps |
In 1969, the Forsyth Pentecostal Church was established and
dedicated to the Lord by Apostle Albert Phelps. Later on in
1974, the Lizella Pentecostal Church was erected and dedicated
to God, followed by building and dedication of the Fort Valley
Pentecostal Church to God in 1980. Apostle Phelps has
spearheaded several radio and television ministries and is the
author of several tracts. Sr. Pastor Ethel Phelps is the
president of the Forsyth Pentecostal
Church Inc. She was called into the ministry in 1974 and ordained in
1975. With the support of Apostle Phelps, Sr. Pastor Phelps
ministers to all who are in need, both spiritually and
naturally. Sr. Pastor Phelps is also a force in the television and

Pastor Willie Wooten, a faithful member of the Forsyth
Pentecostal Church, once Chairman Deacon of the Deacon Staff,
currently is the pastor of the Forsyth Pentecostal Church. He
also spearheads a Bible Study program in the Jones County area. |

Pastor Lizzie Dennard |
Pastor Lizzie Dennard became a part of
the ministry in 1983 at the Fort Valley Pentecostal Church. She
served as a Primary class Sunday School teacher for twenty-five
years. She organizes Vacation Bible School and has served as Director since 1985. She became an ordained Minister in 2007.
She currently pastors the Fort Valley Pentecostal Church

As a youth, Pastor
Alex B. Phelps was a musician in the church and later helped
form what is now the Pentecostal
Revival Choir in 1992, serving faithfully as its Director and
Minister of Music. In 2002 he was called to preach the gospel
and currently ministers in the Lizella/Macon area. Pastor
Phelps serves as the instructor for the ministry's weekly Monday
Night Bible Study class, held in
Lizella, Ga. In addition, he is the Chief Video/Graphics editor of the Pentecostal Revival
Hour telecast, volunteer youth leader in the Gen/Rev youth ministry,
webmaster of the Lizella Pentecostal Church website,
and is

Asst. Pastor Sanford Deshazer Jr.

From birth, Assistant Pastor Sanford
Deshazer Jr., has been a member of the Forsyth Pentecostal
Church, Inc. His
mother, Missionary Laura Phelps Deshazer, made sure he was
taught and trained under the leadership of Apostle Albert
Phelps. In 1974, he
committed his life to Jesus Christ and was ordained as a Deacon
in 1976. He is the Adult
Sunday School Teacher, an organist, a member of The Pentecostal
Revival Hour Choir, and makes the maintenance of the church a
top priority. With
the same characteristics of his mother, he is also one that the
ministry can definitely depend on.

Assistant Pastor Eddie Walton became a part
of the ministry in 1991.
He serves as a faithful witness of Jesus Christ.
He sings in the choir as a Lead Singer and also is one of
the Devotional Leaders on The Pentecostal Revival Hour Telecast.
He was ordained as a Deacon in 1992 and is the Adult
Sunday School Teacher at The Forsyth Pentecostal Church.
He enjoys preparing, grilling, and serving God’s people
during our Family Days.
His position as Assistant Pastor occurred in 2013.
He enjoys preaching, teaching, and singing The Gospel of
Jesus Christ with faith and power in Jesus’ name.

As a teenager, Assistant Pastor
Melvin Dennard has been a member of the Forsyth Pentecostal
Holiness Church, Inc. His grandmother, Laura Phelps, made sure
he was brought up in the ways of the Lord and trained under the
leadership of Apostle Albert Phelps. In August of 1974, he
committed his life to Jesus Christ and was ordained as a Deacon
in 1976. Throughout the years, he has served as a Junior Sunday
School Teacher, Superintendent of Sunday School and
percussionist for the church. He continues to carry out the
work of the Lord. He enjoys working in the ministry full of
faith and power!

Elder Robert Harris became a part of this ministry many years
ago. Not long after repenting of his sins, he served as Chairman
Deacon of the Deacon staff. Later, he was ordained to preach the
Gospel of Jesus Christ, ministering in the Forsyth area. Elder
Harris preaches the true word of God to all men. |

Elder Patricia Watkins |
Elder Patricia Watkins became a part of this ministry in 1985
and was ordained to preach the Gospel in 1990, ministering the
Fort Valley area. She partners with Elder Bolden and Elder
Roberts in a Female jail ministry in Fort Valley, GA. |
Elder Lillie
Thomas became a part of this ministry in 1985, was ordained
to preach the Gospel in 1997 and ministered in the Fort Valley area. Elder Thomas
was the overseer of our In-House/Nursing Home ministry,
frequently visiting those who are unable to come to church and
co-spearheaded our Elderly & Widows program, along with Elder
Mayola Roberts. Elder Thomas has fulfilled her journey here on
earth and has gone on to be with the Lord. |

Elder Mayola
Roberts became a part of this ministry in 1980 and in 1990 was ordained
and ministers in the Fort Valley area. Elder Roberts works with
Elder Watkins and Elder Bolden in a Female jail ministry in
Fort Valley, GA and spearheads our Elderly & Widows program. She also works with
the church sign and church clean-up committee at the Fort Valley
Pentecostal Church.

Elder Brenda Meadows
became apart of this ministry in 1975. She was called and
ordained in 1990 and ministers in the Lizella/Macon area. She also
oversees cleanup at the Lizella Pentecostal Church. |

Minister Xavier Pennymon |
Minister Xavier Pennymon became a part of this ministry in 1995.
He was ordained a deacon in 2002, which he served in that
position for two years. In 2004, he was called to preach the
gospel and currently ministers in the Lizella/Macon area.
Minister Pennymon serves as overseer of the sign committee at
the Lizella Church. In
addition, he is a videographer for the Pentecostal Revival Hour
telecast, works with the church clean up, grass cutting, and
cemetery maintenance committees. |
Minister
Walter Marshall Jr. became a part of the ministry of faith and
power in 1997. He serves as a faithful witness of Jesus Christ.
In 2004, he answered the call of God upon his life and was
ordained to preach the gospel. Minister Marshall currently
ministers in the Fort Valley area and teaches the Wednesday
night Bible Study in Fort Valley. He works along with the
Deacon Staff in maintaining the Fort Valley Church. He enjoys
preparing and serving meals for our various activities within
the ministry. |

Missionary Betty
Coleman |
Missionary Betty Coleman became a
part of this ministry in 1976. She serves faithfully on
the Closed Captioning Team and is a lead singer of The Pentecostal
Revival Choir. Among many duties, she is one of our Prayer
Warriors for those who contact the ministry through the
Pentecostal Revival Hour Telecast. She is sent on missions
by this ministry into areas for the purpose of evangelism.
She has devoted her life to using her hands for the glory of God
in whatever capacity this ministry needs. |
Missionary
Pamela Deshazer became a part of this ministry in 1985.
She serves faithfully on the Closed Captioning Team, and Church
Secretary. She is responsible for various duties and often
entitles herself as a “behind the scenes” person. If it
edifies the church, she is available. She is sent on
missions by this ministry into areas for the purpose of
evangelism. Her ultimate goal is to dedicate herself
full-time to the ministry.

Missionary Mallerina Marshall
became part of the ministry in 1981 at an early age. She started
singing in the Junior Choir and is now a lead singer of The
Pentecostal Revival Choir. She serves faithfully on the Closed
Captioning Team and is also one of the Devotional Leaders on The
Pentecostal Revival Hour Telecast. Among various duties, she
serves as one of the youth leaders who works with the youth
ministry as a encourager, teacher, mentor and motivator. She is
sent on missions by this ministry into areas for the purpose of
evangelism. She is devoted in carrying out the work of the Lord
by sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with others.

Missionary Carolyn Walton became a part of the Ministry of Faith
and Power in 1987. She is the Assistant Sunday School
Superintendent and also the Sunday School Teacher for the
primary class. She also assists with plans for the yearly
Elders and Widows Day Program, works on the Clean-Up Committee,
and the Cemetery Committee. She enjoys working with and
providing for the children during our Family Day activity. She
loves to serve and help in any way to support the Gospel of
Jesus Christ with faith and power in Jesus’ name.

Missionary Earlene Williams became a part of the Ministry of
Faith and Power in 1980. She is the Sunday School Superintendent
and the Assistant Sunday School Teacher for the junior class.
She also serves faithfully on the Closed Captioning Team, and
Church Secretary. She is responsible for various duties. She
loves to serve and assist in any way to support the Gospel of
Jesus Christ.
